Distance Education Complaint Form

FINE Mortuary College is required to provide current and prospective online learning students with contact information for filing complaints. Students who desire to resolve a grievance should submit a complaint using this form. Complaints will be reviewed by Laura Hewey, Dean of Administration for further action.
